|Recommended: YesVery nice — I love the office and maintenance staff Very professional and helpful. Parking can be a pain when people do not use parking spots. This limits views when driving and I've had a few close calls because of it. Security is very good. Minimal noise from other apartments. Close to shops, highway, restaurants... A great place to live.

|Recommended: YesThis place is amazing I love living here — It is a calm and relaxing apartment community. Everyone here is really friendly and it's a wide range of age groups. The maintenance and property staff are very quick with helping you out and fulfilling your needs. It is clean and I have to mention the theater, pool, and hot tub You would enjoy this place and the monthly rates are affordable

You can hear neighbors very, very well through walls, ceilings, and doors.
While I have enjoyed living here, I don't think the rent is worth staying here for more than a year since it increases annually.

I would reccomend living here to all my friends looking for a place to live. I like how it is located by Zona Rosa, and 29 highway making it easy to get just about anywhere
