|Recommended: YesI have loved living here — When I moved in, I was nervous about parking, but I have had a front row spot every day since I have moved here. When it comes to neighbors, I only hear them walking around upstairs which is expected and when they shower. Other than that, either my neighbors are never home or I can't hear them through the walls. I love my apartment layout. it is everything I need and more. Also, I put in a request to fix something and it was completed the next day. The office staff are always friendly and sweet. I just love it

|Recommended: YesIt's a beautiful community that is diverse. — I would let them know that this complex is worth every penny. The property and maintenance staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The overall property is well kept and the apartments themselves are modern and unique. The layout gives a city life aspect.
|Recommended: YesAlmost Perfect — Almost everything about this apartment complex was amazing. The front office staff were the absolute best and the apartments themselves were great minus one or two things that I would consider an idiotic or not thought out oversight when in construction. My one and only real compliant that I have here is the trash service. The complex is huge and there is only one trash drop off... so about 80 of the complex had to drive their trash to it and it might be overflowing as well. I don't know how a place as luxurious as this could have such a massive and badly planned oversight. They are aware of the issue though but the best alternative option they have is completely abysmal. One other drop off location open for about 4 hours a day, 4 days a week... because we as residents living here are not trusted to have full access to it so yeah good luck taking out your trash.

|Recommended: YesAmazing place to live especially for those with a dog as part of the family — The apartment interior is well maintained and the appliances are relatively new. The only complaint I have is that the elevator occasionally breaks down, but maintenance is usually quick to fix it. I greatly enjoy walking around the apartment area. There are plenty of trees and flowers all around I highly suggest getting a unit that faces the woods if you enjoy nature . My puppy loves the small dog park, and my husband is always using the free carwash. Both 152 and I-29 are nearby, making travel convenient. Most importantly, the ladies running the office are sweet and competent, the neighbors are friendly, and I feel like part of a community even with all the quarantine and social distancing this past year .
